pkrspn Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Account Holder", "you") and pkrspn ("we", "us", "the Platform", "pkrspn") governing your access to and use of the pkrspn website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated services including but not limited to live casino, sports betting, slots, Fortune Gems, Arcade games, and all financial transaction services.

By accessing the pkrspn platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the pkrspn platform and, if applicable, close your account.

Use of the pkrspn platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which an account remains active:

• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual, not on behalf of any corporate entity, partnership, or syndicate for the purposes of commercial gain.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of pkrspn or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion order or voluntary ban in place on your account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Any individual who misrepresents their age or identity to gain access to the pkrspn platform will have their account immediately terminated. Any funds held in such an account may be forfeited in their entirety, and pkrspn reserves the right to report such misrepresentation to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

Each individual may hold only one (1) pkrspn account at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifiable attribute — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering a pkrspn account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration process. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. pkrspn shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrspn login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account access credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your pkrspn account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.
• You must notify pkrspn support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• pkrspn reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point during the account lifecycle.

pkrspn supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following accepted payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. pkrspn does not accept payments from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the pkrspn account cashier section and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Deposits are generally credited to your pkrspn balance immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and satisfaction of all active bonus wagering conditions.
• pkrspn reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal, particularly where transaction volumes are unusually high.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times outside of pkrspn's direct control.
• pkrspn does not charge internal processing fees on standard PKR transactions, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

pkrspn may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified on each individual promotion page.
• pkrspn reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or discontinue it at any time with or without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage, and matched betting strategies — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• pkrspn reserves the right to void any winnings derived from bonuses where evidence of abuse or misuse is identified.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned to pkrspn and any winnings derived from such erroneous credits may be voided.

All bets placed and games played on the pkrspn platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting regulations applicable to each product category. By placing any wager on the pkrspn platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

• pkrspn reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error or technical fault has occurred, regardless of the outcome.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game or mid-round in a live casino or slot product, pkrspn will apply the fair resolution procedure applicable to that game provider's rules.
• pkrspn sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official results as published by the relevant sporting authority. PSL results follow the official Pakistan Super League governing body's determinations.
• pkrspn reserves the right to impose bet limits on any individual, market, or event at any time and without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, game vulnerabilities, or pricing anomalies is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pkrspn platform. Any account holder found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts (whether personally or through third parties acting on your behalf).
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of non-human automated betting or gaming activity.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity designed to generate fraudulent returns.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name or that belong to a third party.
• Attempting to launder funds through the pkrspn platform or using the platform for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or adversely affects the pkrspn platform, its servers, or other users' experience.
• Deliberately exploiting bonus structures, free bet offers, or promotional incentives in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

pkrspn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration or verification information.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent transaction activity has been identified on the account.
• The account is being used in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or has been identified as a vulnerable player.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their last used verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the satisfaction of applicable wagering obligations.

All content on the pkrspn platform — including but not limited to the pkrspn brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, user interface elements, and proprietary data — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkrspn or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkrspn platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial, recreational use. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any pkrspn content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrspn shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pkrspn platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

pkrspn's total aggregate liability to any account holder in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the pkrspn platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that account holder during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkrspn collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account with pkrspn, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkrspn applies 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the platform. Sensitive personal information, including payment data and identity documentation, is stored securely and is never shared with third parties except where required by law, necessary for payment processing, or necessary to fulfil our regulatory obligations.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of gaming law and the operational standards of pkrspn's licensing jurisdiction. pkrspn operates under internationally recognised gaming standards and applies these standards consistently across all markets it serves, including Pakistan.

In the event of any dispute between you and pkrspn, you agree to first contact our support team and make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute shall be referred to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution process.
